Medium Rare Store ship Local and Worldwide!

Free shipping applies to orders in Malaysia only. Standard local Malaysian delivery will take approximately 1-3 business days. Customers residing in East Malaysia may have to wait an additional day. We are closed all major holidays and do not ship on these days.

If you are ordering from, or shipping to, outside of Malaysia you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties or other similar charges or impositions associated with your purchase. Medium Rare Store have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item because of either wrong address provided or absence of the recipient and result the carrier eventually return the item back to us because of no response from the customer, customer will have to pay for another shipment fees for second time deliver.

Medium Rare Store uses Paypal and iPay88 as payment options. Paypal allows you to make payments via your credit/debit card or Paypal account. iPay88 allows for online internet banking options such as CIMB Clicks & Maybank2U just to name a few. This option is only applicable for customers in Malaysia.

• Must have put in the original packaging that it was sent out
• Items shouldn't be wore or be washed
• Returned item(s) must not be damaged. All returned items are subject to quality control
• Medium Rare Store reserves the right to evaluate the eligibility of a return before processing a refund
• Medium Rare Store will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused during the return shipment process

Case a1: Unsatisfied with Product wish to Exchange
If you're not satisfied with the Medium Rare/ Goodpair product you received, no worry, you could return them to us.

What should you do:

1. Please drop us an e-mail at customer@mediumrarestore.com and mention your Full Name, Order Reference Number within 3 days of receipt
2. Return them together with the
   • Returns Slip that delivered together in your received goods
   • Complimentary accessories shipped to you(if applicable)
   Be noticed: Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, item(s) must be returned within 14 days
   
3. We will issue you a Credit Vouchers as per amount your previous purchase including any discounts or store vouchers once your return and been through the appropriate quality checks.
4. You may use the return Credit Voucher to place a new order within 30 days Credit Voucher valid day

Case a2: Wrong Item Sent/ Defective Items
We are deeply sorry that this happened, procedure below will help you to get the item deserve to have

What should you do:

1. Please drop us an e-mail at customer@mediumrarestore.com and mention your Full Name, Order Reference Number, A picture of the product and a description of the fault or damage within 3 days of receipt. We don't provide substitution shipment if we don't verified the damaged item through either pictures or the physical item in our hands.
2. We will reserve a right/ good conditions same product if you wish to get the same item(s) you purchased. You may need to pay for this round purchase. We will refund you once we received the returned product from you.
3. Return them together with the
   • Returns Slip that delivered together in your received goods
   • Complimentary accessories shipped to you(if applicable)
   Be noticed: Return postage is the Medium Rare Store responsibility
4. You have option either get your refund + rm7 return postage fees to your Bank Account or We will issue you a Credit Vouchers valid for for 30 days Credit Voucher valid day
