If any reason you dissatisfied with your purchase you could return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

This guide will assist you how to return the item(s) to us:

  1. Please contact us by sending us an email or by Contact Form before you return the item(s). In the email please provide us your name and order reference number and item you would like to return.
  2. Fill up the Return Form enclosed with your order. Our returns address is stated below, also on the Return Form. If you didn't receive a returns slip, please download here. Return Form is important for use to identify the return item(s) is from you.
  3. For International Order, Return shipping will not be refunded. You will be refunded the amount of your purchase excluding shipping costs in form of Store Credits once your item(s) have been gone through the appropriate quality checks.
  4. We strongly advise your return shipment to have a tracking number. All packages remain the responsibility of you, the buyer, until we received at address as we state below.

Malaysia Orders can be returned free of charge within the 14 days. Customer has to prepay the return shipping fees, You will be refunded the amount of your purchase and MYR7 return shipping costs in form of Store Credit.

Kindly be informed all items may only be returned in exchange for same value store credit valid 30 days from date of issuance
